The best Halal Angus Beef Burger tex mex style with Guacamole!
Equipment
- Mixing Bowl
- Fork
- BBQ Grill
Ingredients
- 3 Ripe Avocados, mashed
- ½ cup Diced grape tomatoes
- 2 Limes, juiced
- ⅓ cup Cilantro, chopped
- ⅓ Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, diced with seeds
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
Al Safa's Angus Beef Patties
- Preheat BBQ setting all burners to medium (about) 400°F (205°C).
- Place Angus Beef Patty directly on rack in center of BBQ and close lid.
- Grill 12 minutes, turning once.
- Once fully cooked, set aside for later.
Guacamole
- Mash Avocados in a mixing bowl with a fork.
- Dice grape tomatoes.
- Finely chop your red onion.
- Chop cilantro and jalapeño, with the jalapeño seeds.
- Add prepared ingredients to mashed avocado.
- Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Mix all ingredients well!
- Keep the avocado seed in with the dip to prevent browning. Store in an airtight container when refrigerating.
