Mayo Garlic Poori Paratha Roll

Ingredients
Mayo Garlic Sauce
- ½ cup Mayo
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 4 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Hot Sauce/Chilli Sauce
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ⅛ tsp Dill or two pinches
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Kebab Roll
- Red Onions, sliced
- Lettuce, chopped
- 1 unit Al Safa's Charcoal Grilled Chicken Seekh Kebab
- 1 Paratha
Instructions
Mayo Garlic Sauce
- In a bowl add the following: Mayonnaise, yogurt, ketchup, hot sauce, salt, dill, garlic, garlic powder, red chilli flakes.
- Mix well, set aside.
Prepare Al Safa Charcoal Kebabs
- Remove packaging and microwave Al Safa's Charcoal Grilled Chicken Seekh Kebab for 2-3 minutes until warm throughout.
- Once fully warmed, set aside for later.
Poori Paratha Kebab Roll Assembly
- Lay paratha on plate and layer condiments (onions and lettuce).
- Add 1 Charcoal Grilled Seekh Kebab (or more as desired).
- Drizzle desired amount of Mayo Garlic Sauce.
- Roll paratha, and serve. Enjoy!!
