Zataar Manakeesh
If you're looking for meal prep to be simple, quick & healthy, than this recipe is for you!! Zaatar Manakeesh is a popular breakfast item in the Middle East and is only made up of 3 ingredients!!
- 2 pieces Al Safa's Whole Wheat Paratha
- 1 cup Zaatar
- ⅓ cup Olive Oil

Mix Zaatar and olive oil is a bowl to the right consistency of preference.

Prepare Al Safa's Whole Wheat Paratha as directed on packaging. You can use a tawa or skillet/fry pan. Do not defrost Whole Wheat Paratha.

Add Zaatar mixture and spread onto of finished Whole Wheat Paratha. Enjoy!!
