A homemade Mint Chutney for Al Safa's Chicken Tandoori Samosa's!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg Al Safa's Chicken Tandoori Samosa
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • cup Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 Jalapeño
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Instructions

Chicken Tendoori Samosa

  • In a pot/deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to medium-high heat.
  • Once oil is ready, drop samosa's in to fry for 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Once fully cooked, remove from oil and let excess oil dain.

Chutney

  • Wash and dry cilantro, then add to food processor.
  • Add Fresh Mint Leaves, Jalapeño and salt.
  • Mince ingredients together in food processor.
  • Once all is minced, add in yogurt.
  • Mince/chop to desired consistency.

Finished Product

  • Dip your crispy Al Safa Chicken Tandoori Samosa into your yummy and fresh home made Mint Chutney!!
