Tahini Cesar Salad
A classic cesar salad with a Mediterranean tweak using Al Safa's Spicy Chicken Tenderz!
- 1 pkg Al Safa's Chicken Tenderz
- 1 bunch Romain Lettuce
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Tahini
- ¼ cup Water
- ½ Lemon
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 1 clove Garlic
Al Safa's Chicken Tenderz

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Remove packaging, and bake Al Safa's Chicken Tenderz on a baking skeet in middle rack for 18-22 minutes, turning once. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

Once fully cooked, set aside for later.
Salad

Chop, rise and dry romaine lettuce.

Squeeze lemon juice into container.

Mince garlic.

In a bowl, mix garlic, tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, salt.

Add water gradually.

Build/layer salad on plate, starting with chopped lettuce.

Slice Chicken Tenderz and place on top salad.

Drizzle dressing ontop salad.

Sprinkle with sumac.
