A take on a Classic BLT using Al Safa's Breakfast Beef Strips, as a substitute Halal Beef "Bacon"!!

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Al Safa's Breakfast Beef Strips
  • ½ tsp Butter
  • 2-3 ¼ inch thick slices of tomato
  • 1 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 slices White Bread
  • 2 Lettuce, whole

Instructions

  • Heat skillet on high heat.
  • Add Al Safa's Breakfast Beef Strips and fry on each side. Fry to your desired crispyness. Remove from skillet once complete.
  • Leave grease in skillet, and toast the bread in it on both sides.
  • On the freshly toasted bread, spread butter on one slice.
  • Put the tomato slices on top of the butter.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place the crispy "bacon" on top, followed by the lettuce.
  • Finish off with lettuce.
  • On the second slice of bread, spread mayo on it. Finish assembling sandwich!
