Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place patty on baking tray. Bake on centre reack for 20-22 minutes, turning once.

Frying Pan: Preheat a large heavy frying pan coatecd with a light coating of oil at medium-low heat. Place patty in pan & cook for 5 minutes on each side.

Barbecue Grill: Preheat barbecue setting all burners to medium (about 400°F (220°C)). Place patty directly on rack in centre of barbecue; close lid. Grill 12 minutes turning once.
