Our Process

The animal is hand slaughtered by a Muslim reciting the Tasmiyah and all blood is drained.
All of our sources are federally inspected, HACCP, SQF, and/or BRC Certified allowing the halal meat to be tracked from start to finish.
Finally at the end, our products are Halal, safe, and ready for your table!

All Al Safa Foods are truly manufacturing facilities that are federally registered with the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) or the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture). In addition, Al Safa products receive SQF and BRC certifications. They follow strict HACCP guidelines which ensure our products quality and taste.
